Sunday morning, bright & early - at 5:30 AM!! Phil went off-shore fishing with some friends to stock the freezer up with halibut. He returned home triumphant - only about 12 hours later! At least the sun was shining for most of the day......

Nice fish Phil! I would be screaming if I were to catch a fish that big... (I scream when I have a 2 pounder on my line ...hee...hee). Lucky, I haven't even been fishing yet this year. We've been incredibly busy. I don't know when to call you guys.... my best time is the morning..... but then it's too early for you guys and at night, well we're very busy with Christian and then bed time. I'll catch you some day. Steve has applied to work in NWT and we'll see what develops from that. We may have to start a blog up soon... hee...hee

Lots to put in the freezer for the winter. Please post some good fish recipes. Fish is so healthy but my skills are limited.
